Experteer Overview
In this role, you own grocery categories end-to-end within Glovo’s darkstore supermarkets, shaping assortment, pricing, and in-app visibility to boost AOV and margins. You will drive a best-in-class product mix, manage lifecycle and performance of items, and lead supplier negotiations and campaigns. You’ll work cross-functionally with Operations, Demand Planning, and Brand Ads to ensure availability, great customer experience, and effective promotions. The role sits at the heart of scaling Glovo’s grocery offer and optimizing commercial performance in a fast-paced environment. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own category strategy across assortment, pricing, and in-app visibility to drive metrics
• Build and optimize darkstore assortment and manage product lifecycle




• Lead supplier relationships and negotiate contracts and promotional funding
• Plan and execute in-store campaigns with Brand Ads team
• Collaborate with Operations and Demand Planning for execution and availability
• Oversee UX and pricing of categories
• Support and mentor junior team members

Responsabilidades
• At least 4 years of experience as a category manager or buyer in FMCG/e-commerce
• Strong negotiation skills for yearly supplier contracts and ad-hoc negotiations
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action plans
• Strong prioritization and time management for high-impact initiatives
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Native-level Spanish and fluency in English
