Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the tutor acquisition engine for a growing marketplace, spanning new tutor categories and cross-functional collaboration. You will scale channels from scratch, optimize paid and organic pipelines, and build a robust KPI framework to guide budget and channel mix. The role sits at the heart of Supply Growth, partnering with Marketing, Expansion, Data, and Product to unlock scalable, impactful tutor supply globally. This is an opportunity to shape acquisition strategy in a fast-moving, high-growth environment and drive education access at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Monitor and optimize SEM and paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, and others) in collaboration with Marketing teams
• Grow organic acquisition and improve lead-to-tutor conversion via SEO and CRM-enabled processes
• Own job board strategy end-to-end across LinkedIn and other boards, including sourcing and performance tracking
• Identify, test, and launch new acquisition channels and partnerships with no existing playbook
• Define and evolve the acquisition KPI/reporting framework (e.g., ATAC, Conversion Rate, ROI) to guide budgets and channel mix




• Collaborate cross-functionally to create scalable playbooks for future growth
• Lead end-to-end channel ownership with a growth mindset, balancing centralized marketing partnership and independent channel management
• Build and maintain reporting and analytics to measure channel performance and inform strategy

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in growth/performance marketing or demand generation with hands-on budget ownership (SEM and/or paid social)
• Fluency with CRM and funnel math (conversion rate, CAC, LTV/CAC) to build KPI frameworks
• Proven experience building and scaling a channel or process from scratch
• Comfort with ambiguity and owning channels end-to-end without a playbook
• Growth mindset and strong interpersonal/influencing skills in fast-paced environments
• Proficient with data/analytics tools (Excel/Sheets minimum; SQL or BI tool a plus)
