Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead complex bid preparations for large-scale energy and industrial projects, acting as the entrepreneur of each opportunity. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and align stakeholders to deliver competitive, high-quality solutions that meet customer needs. You will assess risks, craft business models, and drive the bid process from opportunity identification to handover. This position supports Siemens Energy's transformation toward sustainable, decarbonized industrial processes and energy systems. You will work in a global, cross-border environment with a clear impact on project wins and the company’s energy transition goals.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead bid preparation for complex projects with technical and commercial teams
• Define business models and collaborate with regional units, business units, and external partners
• Develop winning strategies and optimize project solutions from a holistic perspective
• Analyze RFQs/RFIs and coordinate technical solution development
• Prepare consolidated technical and commercial offers considering customer requirements
• Lead bid and negotiation activities focusing on quality, schedule, cost, and risk
• Identify and manage risks and opportunities during the proposal phase
• Coordinate alignment among engineering, sales, legal, finance, and project execution teams
• Provide regular status reports on commercial, technical, financial,



and contractual topics
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and support portfolio reviews
• Facilitate smooth handover of awarded projects to execution teams

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in a technical discipline
• Several years of experience in project, bid, or proposal management within large-scale industrial, energy, infrastructure, or EPC environments
• Experience delivering complex system or solution-based projects in an international context
• Technical background in Engineering, Ru0026D, or industrial project execution
• Advantageous experience in Business Development, Product Management, Commercial Management, or Sales
• Proven ability to lead multicultural and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
• Strong stakeholder management with customers, executives, authorities, partners, and suppliers
• Experience assessing risks, developing commercial strategies, and supporting contract negotiations
• Passion for renewable energy and decarbonization technologies
• Fluent English; other languages a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally (~20%)
