Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and deliver engaging learning content and digital training for enterprise tools like Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. You will partner with project managers, stakeholders, and vendors to build knowledge hubs, user guides, and virtual training that drive adoption. You will produce eLearning assets and videos, and maintain SharePoint learning portals to support digital enablement. The position combines content creation, delivery, and analytics to enable proficient use of new technologies across a complex organization. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on user adoption and learning outcomes.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in learning content development, training delivery, digital enablement, or Lu0026D in complex organizations
• Strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint skills including administration/content management
• Experience with eLearning tools such as Camtasia
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering virtual training and facilitating diverse audiences
• Analytical and instructional design capabilities to translate needs into solutions
