As a Validation Engineer at Nextpower, you ensure products meet customer and stakeholder requirements through rigorous testing and validation throughout development and manufacturing. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, validate performance, and document results, enabling reliable, compliant production. You’ll drive validation strategies in a fast-evolving energy tech environment and help scale safe, high-performing solar power solutions.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering (or Electronics and Automation, or Energy-related degrees)
• Master's degree completed or nearing completion
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Multidisciplinary interest (electronics, software, power systems, automation)
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in English
