Experteer Overview
In this role you will support ABB Motion's growth by analyzing markets, assessing strategic opportunities, and contributing to Mu0026amp;A and investment activities. You will translate strategy into actionable local actions, coordinate across functions, and help shape ongoing business development. You’ll work with cross-functional stakeholders to develop business cases, perform financial modelling, and identify value-creating targets. This is a global, hybrid role with a focus on delivering measurable impact in a sustainability-driven business.

• Collect market information, build financial models, and perform competitive analysis
• Contribute to strategy definition and execution by identifying new markets, segments or solutions
• Translate general strategies into local actions and coordinate internal/external resources across competence areas
• Identify Mu0026A and investment targets, assess synergies, shortlist actionable targets




• Prepare business valuations and financial due diligences for smaller transactions
• Prepare high-impact strategy and Mu0026A documents and executive presentations
• Improve Mu0026A approaches and processes/tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align and implement business strategy

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Business Administration or related field
• 3-5 years in Mu0026A, strategy development, investment banking or financial due diligence consultancy
• Strong analytical abilities and understanding of financial statement analysis
• Fundamental understanding of valuation theory and due diligence
• Good understanding of markets, customers, technology and competition
• Clear communication skills for internal/external discussions and executive presentations (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills
• Strong work ethic, organizational skills and ability to multitask
