Experteer Overview
As Technical Lead Assay Development, you will steer integral, cross-functional diagnostic programs and provide hands-on technical leadership to a lab team developing IVD assays. You’ll balance Ru0026amp;D results, drive innovations and foster agile collaboration on the Elecsys/cobas e platform. Your work will shape strategic decisions while advancing core assay technologies. This role blends scientific excellence with leadership to deliver impactful diagnostic solutions.

Responsabilidades
• 5–7 years of professional experience in developing diagnostic solutions or a PhD in Biochemistry or related field
• Experience in assay development or IVD solution design and in technical supervision/mentorship
• Experience providing technical direction within a complex matrix organization
• Business-fluent English
