About the job The job is based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (relocation assistance will be provided)

We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert Aircraft Technician with hands-on maintenance experience on the Airbus C295 platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out aircraft maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing activities in accordance with approved maintenance procedures and airworthiness requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on C295 aircraft.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and component replacements.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
- Diagnose and rectify aircraft defects efficiently to support fleet readiness.
- Complete maintenance documentation and records accurately.
- Support aircraft servicing, recovery, and operational activities.
- Adhere to all HSE, quality, and company procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of aircraft maintenance experience
- Proven experience working on Airbus C295 for at least 7 years.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and maintenance documentation.
- Experience in military, government, MRO, or aerospace environments is preferred.




- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
