About the Client Our client develops white-label payment and financial software for businesses and financial service providers. Its modular platform supports payments, accounts, cards and operational workflows through APIs and integrations. Role Overview Turn AI ideas into reliable production systems with measurable business impact. You will define the architecture and roadmap for LLM-powered solutions, including agents, RAG and automated workflows. Working with skilled engineering, product and security colleagues, you will take initiatives from proof of concept to production using modern cloud infrastructure, Docker and Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities
• Define the AI architecture and technology roadmap in line with business objectives.
• Design and implement scalable AI and LLM-powered solutions, including agents and automated workflows.
• Develop RAG architectures, semantic search and enterprise knowledge systems.
• Evaluate AI models, platforms and infrastructure for performance, security and cost.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing APIs, backend systems and microservices.
• Establish standards for AI evaluation, monitoring, observability and security.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Security teams to deliver measurable business impact.
• Guide AI initiatives from proof of concept to production and promote engineering best practices. Requirements
• 8+ years of software engineering experience,



including architecture or technical leadership.
• Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade AI or LLM-powered systems.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings and vector search.
• Experience with AI agents, tool calling and workflow orchestration.
• Strong backend architecture skills, including distributed systems, microservices and APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes and modern infrastructure.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, security, privacy and data governance.
• Ability to balance solution quality, scalability, latency and cost.
• Fintech or payments experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is required.
• Ability to work remotely with reasonable overlap with Central European Time (CET). Key Soft Skills
