Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead IT Security and IT Service Management to align technology services with business priorities. You will shape strategy, governance and risk management to strengthen cyber resilience and service continuity. You will guide cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to balance security, reliability and regulatory compliance. This is a strategic leadership position with a strong impact on technology risk and organizational resilience.

• Define and drive strategy for IT Security and IT Service Management, aligned with business priorities
• Lead IT Assurance and ITSM Managers, setting priorities and fostering cross-team collaboration
• Ensure secure, resilient IT services meeting service levels and customer expectations
• Provide governance of information security, IT risk and compliance within risk appetite and regulatory requirements
• Oversee performance and resilience of critical IT services and remediation actions
• Embed security,



resilience and service management in technology initiatives and business change
• Provide senior leadership with clear insights into IT security, service performance and technology risks
• Oversee resources, investments and third-party management to deliver business value
