Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the growth of Glovo Ads by owning end-to-end product launches across 20+ markets. You collaborate with Product, Legal, Design, Finance, and Commercial teams to translate business needs into scalable growth actions. You’ll track performance, synthesize insights, and steer cross-functional efforts to improve product health. This position blends project management with business analytics in a fast-paced, international environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own end-to-end launch coordination for new Glovo Ads products across 20+ markets
• Act as central project lead, aligning inputs across Product, Legal, Design, Finance, Commercial, and intl teams
• Facilitate efficient cross-functional communication and provide executive-level status updates
• Navigate a fast-paced environment with prioritization and reprioritization of deliverables
• Partner with Data to track KPIs, evaluate product health, and translate insights into growth actions

Responsabilidades
• 1-3 years in project management, project coordination,



marketing ops, product marketing, business operations, or management consulting
• Structured launch planning, timeline management, and senior stakeholder alignment
• Experience coordinating across complex, multi-regional environments
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for KPI tracking
• Knowledge of SQL is a big plus
• Prior experience in digital advertising, retail media networks, or data monetization is a strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written English; ability to present updates to executives
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
