As the global design authority for the Source-to-Pay landscape, you will shape and evolve the Indirect Procurement operating model. You’ll drive end-to-end process harmonization, governance, and the digital strategy to enable compliant, scalable procurement capabilities. Working across Procurement, Digital u0026amp; Tech, Finance, and the business, you will lead process improvements, AI-enabled initiatives, and data governance to enhance stakeholder experience. This role offers a dynamic, multicultural environment with growth opportunities and a clear impact on procurement performance.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own end-to-end S2P process architecture and evolve the target operating model for Indirect Procurement
• Shape process and technology roadmap aligning with Du0026T, GES S2P, data strategy, AI initiatives and procurement capabilities
• Act as Design Authority for process, policy and technology changes in procurement
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve user experience via AI, automation and orchestration




• Lead cross-functional alignment to clarify ownership and enable decision-making
• Define and maintain global process standards, taxonomy, KPIs, governance and documentation ensuring compliance
• Drive continuous improvement using stakeholder feedback and operational insights to boost performance and productivity

• In-depth knowledge of Procurement strategy and S2P processes
• Strong experience in process ownership and global operating model design
• Proven track record in digital transformation and continuous improvement
• Good understanding of procurement digital architecture and technology trends
• Strong digital and AI mindset with interest in automation
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, project management and agile experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, with cross-functional collaboration ability
