Experteer Overview
In this role you will bridge Product, Marketing and Sales to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value. You will shape omnichannel messaging, develop compelling value propositions, and define commercial models to scale sales and profitability. You’ll create practical sales enablement tools and gather market feedback to guide Product and Marketing. You’ll join an international team to drive safer, smarter airport infrastructure at scale from our Asturias hub.

• Develop and harmonise product positioning, value propositions and key commercial messages
• Adapt integral messaging to different markets and regions
• Create sales enablement materials (presentations, pitches, battlecards, use cases, meeting materials)
• Gather market and Sales feedback and translate into actionable input for Product and Marketing
• Support Sales teams in communicating value in customer conversations
• Monitor reception of commercial messages and iterate based on feedback
Responsabilidades
• 5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Commercial Excellence or Solution Marketing in a technical, international B2B environment
• Proven experience working with Sales and Product teams
• Strong commercial mindset and understanding of customer/market needs across regions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on, proactive, results-oriented approach
