We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who has already designed and shipped AI products to help define what AI-native products should feel like. You'll design for two audiences at once: the university teams who buy and configure LearnWise, and the students and educators who rely on it every day. You'll create, grow, and own a holistic design system, and shape a multi-stage research, UX, and UI process, from customer workshops and PostHog session replays to polished, delightful interfaces. AI is part of how we work, not just what we build: you'll use tools like Claude Design and Figma to research faster, prototype in hours instead of weeks, and explore more ideas before committing to one. Working directly with our CPO, you'll mentor and raise the bar for our growing design team, with real ownership over how millions of students experience AI in education.
This is primarily a hands-on design role: expect roughly 80% individual design work and 20% mentoring.
