As our activity continues to grow, Educatius is recruiting a Support Coordinator to strengthen our Dual Diploma program team.
Based in Barcelona.
Educatius specialises in international education programmes, helping young people develop their language skills and discover new cultures.
What is the Dual Diploma programme?
This programme enables students to earn an American high school diploma alongside their national secondary school qualification through online courses taught in English by American teachers.
Would you like to support young people on an international educational journey? Join our team and guide students from enrolment to graduation.
Your main responsibilities
• Manage programme enrolments and maintain student records.
• Support students and their families throughout the programme, until graduation.
• Monitor students’ progress, identify difficulties and offer appropriate support.




• Communicate with our partners and American teams.
Your profile
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• You have experience in the language and/or education sector.
• You are independent, proactive, curious and organised, with strong interpersonal skills.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and actively contribute ideas to improve our practices and tools.
• You are comfortable using digital tools, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, AI tools and Canva, and can quickly adapt to new tools.
