Job Description

At REVLON we are looking for a Customer Service Europe Market professional to join the team at its Barcelona HQ.

The role is responsible for executing the Order-to-Delivery process, supporting the Sales team and acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding service-level performance.

The Customer Service Europe Market professional will monitor operational KPIs on a daily basis, identify inefficiencies and support the implementation of corrective actions, with a continuous focus on service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer service activities to ensure an excellent level of service.
- Work closely with Supply Planning, Distribution and Finance to achieve objectives and plans.
- Support Sales & Marketing in achieving sales plans, ensuring information is updated, shared and validated.
- Coordinate and maintain customer and material master data to prevent complaints, returns and credits caused by incorrect information.




- Handle customer requests and act as the central point of contact for customer queries.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order-processing quality and efficiency.
- Support day-to-day import and export operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Ensure timely follow-up of priority orders and delivery appointments.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of services, as well as relevant legislation and regulations applicable to maritime, land and sea transportation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Customer Service knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of SAP SD or JDE.
- Fluent English (C1) and French.
