Are you passionate about Quality, Compliance, and Continuous Improvement within a highly regulated laboratory environment? We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to support and strengthen quality systems within Plasma Testing Laboratories, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, GMP standards, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure laboratory procedures, testing methods, and reports comply with GMP requirements and applicable regulations.
- Supervise and promote a strong quality culture across Plasma Testing Laboratories.
- Lead and support investigations for deviations, incidents, and root cause analyses.
- Manage laboratory quality projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory assessments.
- Support Change Control activities, including the review and implementation of new procedures and processes.
- Monitor quality system performance and key quality indicators.
- Oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Lead Quality Risk Management (QRM) activities, including risk assessments, mitigation plans, and follow-up actions.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence throughout laboratory operations.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality, Compliance, Laboratory Operations, or a related area within a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, investigations, CAPA, Change Control, and risk management processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to quality and compliance.
- Advanced Spanish and English language skills.

Additional Information

- This position requires regular travel and a significant on-site presence in Egypt, with approximately 50% of the role based there.
