Build the Future of Data-Driven Mobility – from Barcelona

Volkswagen Group Services is excited to inform that Volkswagen Group Info Services AG and Volkswagen Digital:Hub are joining forces to create something new in Barcelona: a dedicated “GIS:Hub” with a clear focus on commercial B2B data business. This is more than a new innovative Hub. It is the start of a joint journey at the intersection of automotive expertise and digital innovation.

The GIS:Hub brings together the best of two worlds:

• Deep automotive and data expertise from Volkswagen Group Info Services.

• An agile, digital, hands-on environment from the Volkswagen Digital: Hub.

Together, we aim to advance the digital value creation across the entire vehicle life cycle.

Our culture:

We are looking for pioneers – people who are excited to build, shape and grow something from the ground up. People who enjoy taking ownership, contributing ideas and turning concepts into real products with measurable business value.

Our focus is on developing data-driven B2B products that create real impact for customers, partners and the Volkswagen ecosystem.

Where Automotive Meets Digital

About the Role:

• Guiding PMs through the product compliance and legal review process, ensuring inputs are complete, risks identified early, and requirements correctly implemented.

• Owning the structure, accuracy, and completeness of legal documentation (product compliance and legal review process, customer contract inputs, data protection documentation, etc.), and acting as the quality gate before legal approval.

• Bringing together PMs, Legal Counsel, Data Protection, Sales, Regulatory, and technical teams to maintain alignment across all compliance dependencies.

• Supporting the Legal & Regulatory team in wider governance, compliance topics, and crossfunctional projects

Your Profile:

• Strong understanding of Regulatory/Legal frameworks and documentation needs

• 5 years of experience minimun in the same or similar role

• Experienced within GDPR

• Experience in Digital Product Organization

• Experience in stakeholder alignment and legal enablement

• OneTrust Knowledge is a plus (or other GDPR management systems)

• Expertise in template systems and technical documentation tools

• Structured way of working, product & market understanding and strong coordination skills

What We Offer:

If you're looking for a place where you can grow fast, take real ownership, and learn from people who do this every day — you've found it. Here's what you can look forward to:

• Room to grow into a key role — an opportunity to develop into a central contract management position within a dynamic, international data-licensing business.

• Learn from the best — hands-on exposure to commercial, legal, and operational topics that few entry-level roles offer.

• A team that has your back — a collaborative culture where your ideas count and where you can actively shape and improve how we work.

Join us at GIS:HUB to advance your career in a role where your administrative skills will directly contribute to the success and smooth operation of our innovative projects.
