Este es el reto:





Necesitamos incorporar a nuestro equipo de VML Madrid un/a Ejecutivo/a de Cuentas con nivel de inglés alto con entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en agencia trabajando en la gestión de campañas de comunicación 360 y en la gestión de generación de contenido en redes sociales.

Se integrará en un equipo de cuentas y sus responsabilidades serán:

- Seguimiento de timings, presupuestos, entregables y recursos; anticipación y resolución de incidencias.

- Interlocución diaria con clientes internacionales, gestión de briefings y presentación de propuestas.

- Planificación y ejecución de campañas multicanal, especialmente en social media.

- Coordinación de contenidos digitales y RRSS, planes editoriales y coberturas de eventos.

- Coordinación de equipos internos (estrategia, creatividad, producción y contenidos) y proveedores externos.

- Análisis de resultados, identificación de oportunidades y seguimiento de tendencias y competencia.

- Planificación de proyectos, definición de prioridades y gestión administrativa del área de Cuentas (presupuestos, informes y facturación).

Tu candidatura sería idóneo si…

- Tienes Licenciatura o Grado en publicidad y RRPP.
- Tienes entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en agencia similar como ejecutiva/o de cuentas en campañas 360 y gestión de contenidos para RRSS.
- Ser capaz de desarrollar las tareas del job description con autonomía y cumpliendo los objetivos y timings acordados.
- Tener pensamiento crítico,



no buscamos solo gestores.
- Desenvolverse correctamente en inglés.
- Conocer y saber gestionar plataformas de gestión de trabajo tipo Asana, Trello o Jira.
