What will you do?

At INNOCV, we continue to grow and are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Consultant to join our consulting team.

In this role, you will help clients navigate complex business and digital transformation challenges, working closely with key stakeholders to shape strategic decisions, unlock new opportunities, and drive meaningful change.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the definition and execution of business and digital transformation initiatives.

- Analyzing organizations, operating models, processes,



and business challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Structuring complex problems and developing actionable recommendations.

- Building business cases, financial models, and transformation roadmaps.

- Identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven solutions.

- Preparing executive-level presentations and strategic deliverables.

- Facilitating workshops, interviews, and stakeholder sessions.

- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging directly with clients.

- Contributing to proposals, consulting methodologies, and the continuous evolution of our consulting capabilities.

What are we looking for?

- 4-6 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Business Transformation, Digital Transformation, or Management Consulting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience developing strategic recommendations and transformation initiatives.

- Ability to structure and communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

- Experience working with senior stakeholders and client-facing environments.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Professional level of English

Nice to have

- Experience in operating model transformation or organizational redesign.

- Interest in emerging technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence and its business applications.

- Exposure to AI strategy, AI adoption programs, or AI-enabled transformation initiatives.





- Experience developing business cases and conducting financial analysis.

- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their practical business applications.

- Experience in technology-driven transformation projects.
