Context

DELECTATECH is a startup based in Barcelona that monitors and analyzes millions of data points from any type of establishment in the Food Service channel (bars, restaurants, cafeterias, etc.) worldwide.

After years of research, we have created our own internationally recognized AI engine that allows analyzing any Food Service establishment with unprecedented detail. We offer this technology to our clients through Food Radar , a SaaS platform that enables leaders in manufacturing and distribution within the HORECA sector worldwide to analyze their real market in seconds, segment with maximum precision, and prioritize establishments with the highest sales potential.

The company has been awarded multiple times for its innovation and recognized for its contribution to applying AI in the Food Service sector. Additionally, thanks to recent advances in Generative Artificial Intelligence, the company has been included in Microsoft's general acceleration program.
