Job Description

- Lead the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation across multiple service environments.
- Drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage, coach and develop a team of operational leaders and department heads.
- Oversee workforce planning, scheduling and deployment of large operational teams.
- Ensure seamless delivery across premium hospitality, events, VIP services and general admission operations.
- Control departmental budgets and deliver strong financial performance.
- Monitor and optimise labour costs, productivity and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with culinary, logistics and commercial teams to deliver best-in-class guest experiences.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service standards, operational processes and guest satisfaction.
