The selected person will be part of the Front Desk team and will carry out administrative and customer service tasks for our guests in order to achieve occupancy and loyalty goals.

Main functions
Support the creation of a memorable experience for our residents exceeding their expectations
Provide all aspects of customer service, including a complete service that anticipates and exceeds our guests' expectations.
Provide proactive front desk and customer service for all guests, ensuring that all inquiries are dealt with in a timely manner.
Answer calls and complete associated tasks or assign them to the appropriate teams to resolve them appropriately.
Collaborate in the scheduled visits to the apartments.
Assist with the preparations of the aparthotel, including the processes of entry and exit of the residents.
Support event management of residents' activities within the residence.
Regularly complete Health and Safety activities aligned with the company's policies and procedures.
Complete other assigned tasks when necessary.

Knowledge and requirements
Training in Tourism or similar.
With a clear vocation for customer service
Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
Availability to work shifts and weekends
