As Product Stream Operations Manager, you act as the governance and orchestration backbone for the Product Stream within the MDS transformation. You enable delivery teams by running governance forums, maintaining financial visibility, and resolving cross‑team frictions. You partner with senior stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and value delivery across product groups and platforms. This role blends governance rigor with commercial awareness to drive sustainability and outcomes in a product‑centric operating model. This is a pivotal, influence‑driven position at the intersection of strategy and technology execution.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage the product stream operating rhythm with productive reviews, planning, and governance meetings
• Aggregate and triage incoming demand from business stakeholders before council review
• Cross-check roadmaps to identify overlaps and dependencies; maintain an integrated stream roadmap
• Co-chair Product and Platform Councils; set agendas, facilitate discussions, and assign action owners
• Provide Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reporting across levels; monitor actuals vs. forecast and propose corrective actions




• Support annual investment submission with capacity, TCO projections, and value realization cases
• Present stream performance data for governance forums and leadership packs (demand fulfilment, backlog, velocity, OKRs)
• Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely decisions

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in IT/digital/tech operations with 3+ years in governance, portfolio or product operations
• Deep understanding of product-centric operating models and portfolio governance; familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or similar scaled agile approaches
• Proven experience with TCO modelling, investment tracking, and actuals-vs-forecast reporting
• Strong governance and facilitation skills; ability to run senior forums with clear decisions and follow-through
• Proficiency with portfolio/product tools (e.g., Jira Align, ServiceNow) and reporting/dashboarding platforms
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields; certifications in Agile/Portfolio/Product Management are a plus
