As a Global Payroll u0026amp; Benefits Specialist, you will own payroll operations across multiple countries and coordinate with external providers to ensure accurate, timely payments and regulatory compliance. You’ll analyze salary costs and support decision-making while serving as the go-to contact for payroll, tax, and social security queries. You’ll also oversee benefits administration and drive process improvements within a fast-growing, international team. This role sits at the intersection of People, Payroll and Finance, shaping the employee experience and supporting Fever’s integral scale.

• Own and scale payroll operations across international locations with external providers

• Monitor and report on salary costs, analyzing trends to support decisions
• Act as point of contact for payroll, tax, and social security queries




• Coordinate with HR and Finance to address payroll-related issues
• Oversee administration of employee benefits and implement new perks
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll u0026 Benefits team

Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years in payroll and benefits; exposure to international payroll is a plus
• Advanced English (C1 or higher); additional languages are an asset
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of Personio is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, collaborative mindset
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and focused on process optimization
