* Provide technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail and phone.
* Addresses, responds and resolves to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance.
* Provide response in a timely manner to customers queries and focuses on building close long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
& Tasks
* Delivers training to OEM ́s and assemblers as per request and business needs.
* Deploys high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action & improvement.
* Takes control of OEM ́s claim by escalating to key company areas if necessary.
* Coordinates with Supply Chain department for parts pick-ups and replacement shipments.
* Guides customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.
* Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.
* Prepares customer reports to track progress on improvement actions




* Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills
* Bike industry or mechatronic background is important

* Availability to travel and visit customers when required
