In this role you drive electric bus sales growth for Spain and Portugal, shaping regional strategy and building strategic public-sector partnerships. You work closely with HQ and European teams to coordinate tenders and delivery, while guiding a regional sales team toward profitable outcomes. You will advise clients on tailored, technically informed solutions and manage cross-functional delivery to scale electric mobility in Iberia. Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales Manager or Country Manager, preferably in automotive or e-mobility (bus sales advantageous)
• Proven track record in complex sales cycles and public tenders
• Strong business acumen combining technical and commercial perspectives
• Excellent negotiation and value-based selling skills
• Experience in international environments and cross-cultural teams
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Fluent English and at least one additional European language (Spanish or Portuguese preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
