Experteer Overview
As Head of Data Platform, you lead the AXA Partners Target Data Platform, enabling cross-enterprise data initiatives via cloud technologies, cost-aware operations, and a common, secure framework. You will steer data platform strategy, collaborate with data architects and IT teams, and champion a decentralized data culture while shaping scalable data services. This role blends architecture, governance, and people leadership to deliver business value across AXA Partners.

• Own Data Platform components and ensure alignment with AXA standards
• Develop, deploy, and maintain data platform applications
• Implement FinOps, DevOps, and ITSCM strategies
• Regularly assess quality, SLAs, and enhance services
• Automate data treatments and expand data u0026 innovation offerings
• Monitor market trends and identify platform evolution opportunities
• Lead Architecture Review Board for Data Platform




• Manage vendor relationships and sourcing strategies
• Lead the Central Data team, support growth and best practices
• Build a community of practice through Data Guild u0026 Network
• Promote cross-entity knowledge sharing and training activities

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of industry experience
• 5+ years in management/leadership
• Proficiency with cloud data stacks (ADLS, Databricks, ADF, Azure DevOps)
• Strong programming language skills
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, architecture, and Azure services
• Familiarity with software development processes (Azure DevOps, git, CI/CD)
• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor liaison abilities
• Fluent English; French a plus but not required
• Insurance/Assistance experience is a plus
