About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Net Suite Solution Architect to take ownership of the design and delivery of sophisticated Net Suite solutions for our clients. This is a hands‑on senior role, combining deep Net Suite technical expertise with the functional and consulting capability needed to lead complex implementations. You’ll work across the full customer lifecycle, translating challenging business requirements into scalable solution architectures pre-sale and getting hands‑on with configuration, development and integration where required. You won’t have line management responsibilities, but you will be a senior technical authority within the Net Suite practice, helping set standards, solve our most complex challenges and raise the quality of the solutions we deliver. Clients see you as a trusted expert who can understand their business challenges, challenge requirements constructively and recommend the right solution rather than simply delivering what has been requested. Technical and functional elements of the solution work seamlessly together, with customisation used thoughtfully and standard Net Suite capability maximised wherever appropriate. Delivery teams have clear architectural direction and can confidently build, configure and integrate against well‑defined solution designs and technical standards. Our most technically challenging projects, integrations and implementation issues have strong senior ownership and are driven through to successful resolution. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Own the solution architecture for complex Net Suite implementations,



from initial discovery and requirements definition through design, build, testing, deployment and post-go-live transition. Lead solution design workshops with clients, understanding business processes and translating complex functional and technical requirements into effective Net Suite solutions. Design solutions that make best use of standard Net Suite functionality, identifying where configuration, customisation, integration or bespoke development will add genuine value. Understand how Net Suite fits into wider corporate software stacks; identify best practice for Net Suite’s role, functionally and technically, lead customers to pragmatic overarching solutions, and design best practice integration flows. Remain hands‑on with Net Suite, undertaking complex configuration, and technical problem‑solving rather than operating solely at an architectural or advisory level. Collaborate with the Technical Team to ensure development or integrations between Net Suite and third‑party platforms are considered within the architecture. Produce clear solution architecture, technical designs and supporting documentation that give delivery teams and clients confidence in how solutions will work. Act as a senior technical escalation point, diagnosing complex issues and identifying pragmatic, sustainable solutions. Work closely with functional consultants, developers,



project managers and client stakeholders to ensure functional and technical design decisions remain aligned throughout delivery. Review technical designs produced by others, providing constructive challenge and ensuring solutions meet agreed standards for quality, performance, scalability and maintainability. Support estimation and scoping for complex projects and change requirements, identifying technical dependencies, risks and areas requiring further discovery. Help drive AI across our Net Suite practice, identifying practical opportunities to use AI responsibly and championing best practice to improve how we work and the value we deliver to clients. Contribute to the continued development of our Net Suite delivery approach, technical standards and best practice, sharing your expertise and helping colleagues develop through coaching and technical guidance. Requirements About You You’ll be a highly experienced Net Suite professional who is equally comfortable discussing business processes with senior client stakeholders and getting into the detail of a challenging technical solution. Extensive experience delivering Net Suite solutions, including significant experience on complex, end‑to‑end implementations. Strong Net Suite solution architecture capability, with experience designing solutions across multiple business processes and functional areas. Strong functional understanding of Net Suite and the ability to work beyond purely technical development requirements.
