Experteer Overview
In this role you will own SEO/GEO for the BE market and support NL brands, contributing to broader organic search initiatives across the CoE. You will optimize visibility, traffic and conversions through SEO and AI-driven approaches, collaborating with local and cross-brand teams. The position combines technical audits, strategic roadmapping, and knowledge sharing to elevate the organization’s search performance. This role offers the chance to shape cross-brand SEO impact in a diverse European environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and drive the SEO roadmap for the BE market in collaboration with local teams
• Support NL market SEO/GEO optimization working with the NL senior specialist
• Produce technical audits and implement recommendations for crawl/indexing improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute initiatives that boost visibility, traffic, and conversions from SEO and LLMs




• Monitor industry developments in Organic Search and translate them into new projects
• Share knowledge within the central organic search team to raise overall SEO capability

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of SEO experience, international environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of technical, content, and outreach SEO
• Experience with GEO/LLM optimization (AI Overviews, answer engines) a strong plus
• Fluent in English and Dutch/Flemish; additional European language a plus
• Proven track record in a similar SEO role
• Hands-on experience with Semrush / Semrush Enterprise
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-brand teams
• Data-driven mindset and ability to back decisions with data
