As an International Finance BI and Data Architecture Lead, you will guide a global finance analytics platform and governance framework. You’ll lead a cross-functional team to harmonize reporting, build scalable data architectures, and embed governance and security by design. You’ll act as the pivotal liaison between the BI Centre of Excellence, regional finance teams, and subsidiaries, driving AI-enabled insights and planning capabilities. This role blends transformation leadership with hands-on delivery in a high-impact, multinational setting.

• Build, manage and grow a cross-functional team across data engineering, product ownership, business analysis, and change management.
• Lead harmonization of finance reporting across entities with global KPIs, semantic models, and standardized BI workspaces.
• Oversee finance data layer design (Azure SQL, Databricks Lakehouse/ADLS Gen2, hybrid options) and SAP extraction pipelines with governance by design.
• Act as AI ambassador by identifying/piloting AI/ML use cases in international finance with EU AI Act compliance.
• Drive adoption of Power Platform and SAP Analytics Cloud to extend reporting into planning, budgeting, and predictive scenarios.
• Lead end-to-end BI transformation projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets,



and cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
• Design and execute change management strategies to promote adoption of new platforms and self-service analytics.

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience building and managing cross-functional teams across data engineering, BI, product ownership, and change management.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI (semantic models, DAX, Power Query, RLS/OLS, deployment Pipelines), plus Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Solid understanding of data lake and cloud platforms (ADLS Gen2, Delta Lake, medallion architecture, ADF, Databricks, Azure SQL).
• Experience with SAP BW/ERP/S4HANA extraction and finance domains (GL, consolidation, planning, regulatory reporting).
• Awareness of AI/ML applications in finance and ability to evaluate use cases for value, feasibility, governance, and EU AI Act compliance.
• 3+ years in finance transformation or digitalization with Agile delivery experience; Scrum Master is a plus.
• Degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or Computer Science; English C1.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and practical use.
