As the Regional MSP Partner Technical Manager, you empower MSPs to build and scale Splunk-based managed services. You will lead onboarding, architecture validation, and cost-aware designs, driving partner success and technical excellence. You will co-create observability-focused offerings with Splunk ITSI, Splunk Observability, and AppDynamics, shaping regional enablement and a thriving technical community. This role sits at the intersection of technology, partner enablement, and go-to-market momentum, with a clear impact on partner-led growth.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead MSP onboarding including architecture review and readiness
• Validate and optimize Splunk architectures (on-premise and cloud) for performance
• Develop observability-focused MSP offerings combining Splunk ITSI with Splunk Observability or AppDynamics
• Advise on cost-optimized architecture to support packaged MSP services
• Coordinate architectural and operational assessments with Splunk Professional Services
• Build regional technical community through monthly roundtables and knowledge-sharing
• Deliver targeted enablement to close MSP capability gaps and uplift engineering maturity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Splunk and Cisco architectures and go-to-market motions
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years with MSPs in technical roles (pre-sales, solution architecture, enablement, or delivery)
• Experience deploying Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise
• Experience implementing Splunk ITSI and Splunk Observability or AppDynamics
• Experience delivering MSP operations including onboarding and architecture validation
