Experteer Overview
Senior Simulator Project Manager/Lead Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space leads end-to-end development of A400M simulators from sales to delivery. You will manage program data, budgets, and schedules, and coordinate suppliers and stakeholders, driving key technical decisions. You will oversee risk management, milestones, and contract control to ensure on-time, compliant delivery. Travel is expected approximately monthly. This is a mission-critical role in a high-visibility aerospace simulator program.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead end-to-end simulator project management from sales to final delivery
• Manage time, cost, resources, and quality metrics including WBS
• Oversee relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients; manage contract data configuration and change control
• Make high-level technical decisions related to simulator development and subcomponents
• Monitor performance, manage risks, milestones, and PM processes/tools implementation




• Travel regularly for business trips (approx. once a month)

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline
• 5+ years in project management within the simulator industry or complex aerospace programs (10+ preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills; ability to manage high-level stakeholders
• Advanced English (C1) for international contract management and daily interactions
• End-to-end project management, contract control, supplier management, risk management, and technical decision-making in simulator systems
