In this 1-year fixed-term role, you will lead a two-person team to ensure operational excellence across the Burberry store in La Roca. You’ll partner with store leadership to deliver an exceptional employee and customer experience through strong service and efficient processes. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring standards, compliance, and smooth execution of tasks. Your impact will include boosting engagement, productivity, and service delivery while supporting the store’s commercial objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role in a values-driven brand focused on sustainable luxury and customer-centric growth.
