Lead, inspire and develop the store team to achieve sales and service objectives. Drive commercial performance through KPI analysis and action planning. Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects the Napapijri brand values. Ensure excellent standards in Visual Merchandising and store presentation. Build a positive and high-performing store culture. Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or equivalent leadership role within retail. Strong people management and coaching skills. Commercial mindset with the ability to analyse KPIs and translate insights into actions. Fluent Spanish and English.
