Principal Responsibilities Provide functional support to customers and suppliers using the JAGGAER platform, including first-line assistance with technical issues.
Act as a connection point between customers and internal teams such as Development, Project Management, and Professional Services.
Analyze customer and project-specific interfaces and workflows to understand issues and identify practical solutions.
Manage customer relationships and escalations with appropriate ownership and follow-through.
Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
