We are looking for a German speaking Sales
Representative to join an international team in Barcelona. You will
connect with businesses, attract new advertisers and advise them on
digital advertising solutions, helping them reach local customers
and grow their business. What you will do Contact potential
advertisers through outbound calls and emails. Qualify inbound
leads and manage a structured sales pipeline. Understand business
needs and recommend suit able digital advertising solutions. Guide
businesses through onboarding and verification processes. Support
clients in submitting accurate documentation in line with regional
requirements. Troubleshoot issues and escalate them when necessary.
Meet daily customer interaction goals and individual sales targets.
Collaborate with your team to expand the advertiser base across
EMEA. What we are looking for German at C2 level and English at C1
level, both written and spoken. At least two years of experience in
sales, recruitment or another customer-facing role. Experience in a
call centre or sales-driven environment. Strong attention to detail
and organisational skills.



Clear communication and the ability to
explain processes effectively. Confidence managing deadlines and
delivering quality work. Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets or
Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to work independently and
collaborate with a team. Awareness of the home services sector. A
proactive approach to solving problems and achieving targets. A
bachelor's degree in Business is preferred. What we offer Full time
hybrid position in Barcelona. 39 working hours per week. Gross
annual base salary of €23,671. Performance bonus of up to €2,840
gross per year. Relocation support. Private health insurance.
