In this role you will join Oliver Wyman's Banking u0026amp; Financial Services practice to tackle finance and risk transformation challenges. You will collaborate with European partners to shape strategies, risk models, and capital optimization while leveraging data analytics and AI know-how. You will lead small teams, distill complex problems into actionable insights, and deliver recommendations for clients. Responsabilidades
• 3-6 years of relevant FS consulting or banking experience
• Undergraduate or advanced degree in STEM, finance, or economics
• Outstanding written and oral communication with the ability to adapt to seniority levels
• Fluent business English and Spanish
• Strong quantitative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Team collaboration and inclusive work style
• Willingness to travel worldwide
