The Landlord Acquisition Specialist Madrid role is a full-time, remote position responsible for expanding SafeStays International's portfolio of luxury rental properties in Madrid and surrounding areas. The specialist will maintain ongoing relationships with landlords, collaborate with property management and lettings teams to ensure smooth onboarding,



and coordinate required documentation and compliance. Proficiency in negotiation and sales or business development, particularly in real estate or hospitality environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple leads and properties remotely. Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems to track landlord interactions, agreements, and property data. Prior experience in residential property acquisition, short-term rentals, or luxury hospitality is an advantage.
