Experteer Overview
In this role you will support SDR leadership to forecast, report, and optimize pipeline across five European markets. You’ll design KPIs and dashboards, lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Demand Gen and Ops, and help with capacity planning. As the operational backbone, you’ll resolve day-to-day questions for country leads and escalate only when needed. This is a hands-on, multi-market role that combines analytics, process improvement, and cross-country coordination to scale our SDR organization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and performance reporting for five markets
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards aligned to pipeline stages
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve SDR process and productivity with Marketing/Demand Gen and Ops
• Support capacity planning and market coverage modeling across five markets




• Serve as first point of contact for country leads and manage day-to-day operational questions

Responsabilidades
• 3–5+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Experience operating across multiple countries or markets
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot)
• Proven ability to drive outcomes cross-functionally without formal authority
• Self-directed with ability to operate in ambiguity and drive projects independently
• English required; additional EU language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, or German) is a plus
