As an Enterprise Account Manager for the Spanish market, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Factorial’s largest clients, driving satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll manage a high-value portfolio, uncover upsell opportunities, and advocate for product improvements. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maximize impact and shape the client journey. This role offers meaningful scope to influence customer outcomes and scale our enterprise relationships in a dynamic SaaS environment.

• 3+ years of B2B Account Management experience
• Proven track record in upsell, retention, and net growth
• Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Tech-savvy with rapid learning of new tools
• Excellent communication with senior-level empathy and influence
• Experience with churn prevention and at-risk-client action plans
• Data-driven mindset and KPI-oriented portfolio management
• Fluency in Spanish (native/proficient) and professional English
