Experteer Overview
In this role you will partner with integral Hub Delivery finance teams to drive financial processes and deliver analytics that support rapid network growth. You’ll influence senior leadership decisions, drive cost optimization, and own finance mechanisms across planning cycles. You will develop scalable models and reporting tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven growth and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role shaping strategic decisions for Amazon Delivery in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with geo finance teams to manage recurring finance mechanisms (WBR/MBR) and consolidate worldwide planning updates with high reporting accuracy
• Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools to reveal performance trends and support data-driven decisions for Hub Delivery globally
• Analyze financial data to identify process improvements and cost optimization,
providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership
• Work with cross-functional and cross-geo teams to develop finance solutions that scale with growth while upholding internal controls and compliance
• Lead continuous improvement projects to scale finance operations with measurable impact, taking ownership and acting decisively
• Identify and automate manual finance workflows (data consolidation, reporting, reconciliation) using AI or other tools to reduce cycle times and errors
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Finance, Mathematics, or Economics or Master's degree
• Experience in finance roles with stakeholder partnering across the business
• Proficiency in Excel and data mining/reporting tools such as Python, SQL or Tableau
• Experience in financial modeling
