Position Overview

Working as part of a team of process experts, you will be responsible for start-up performance of Decorator/Printer equipment across new builds, new lines, and conversions. The role focuses on achieving targets in efficiency, quality, spoilage, and environmental compliance , while supporting overall line performance.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Lead safe equipment start-up, commissioning, and ramp-up




- Act as SME for Decorator/Printer, driving stable, high-performance operation
- Deliver hands-on training to plant teams (primarily on-the-job)
- Troubleshoot issues and support rapid problem resolution during start-up
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Validate SOPs and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food standards
- Support transition from start-up to steady‑state production
- Achieve efficiency and spoilage targets for new lines and conversions

What We Are Looking For

- Electrical or Mechanical qualification or relevant hands‑on experience
- Strong expertise in can manufacturing and Decorator/Printer equipment
- Proven troubleshooting and process optimisation skills
