Experteer Overview
In this role you will support Northland’s FPu0026amp;A function by delivering financial insights to senior management and stakeholders. You will coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analyses to drive value for the onshore business unit. You’ll develop financial models, dashboards, and board materials while partnering with business units and corporate to improve FPu0026amp;A processes. The position offers exposure to growth initiatives and a visible impact on the company’s bottom line in a hybrid Madrid-based setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Formulate and create annual budgets and business plans with the Director of FPu0026A
• Lead monthly forecast and BU-specific FPu0026A reports including variance analysis and drivers
• Run BU cash flow and sensitivity analyses; reforecast distributions
• Review Devex and capitalized devex; reforecast Gu0026A for the BU
• Prepare BU quarterly reviews and annual board materials
• Analyze long-term asset models and post-contract assumptions for financial impact
• Conduct scenario analyses and update short-term financial models




• Produce production updates and long-range planning for LTO
• Forecast growth pipeline and support project-level modeling and strategy
• Collaborate with BU and Corporate to improve FPu0026A practices and financial processes
• Monitor industry trends and peer activities as a key information source
• Develop FPu0026A Power BI dashboards and support Workday Adaptive implementation

Responsabilidades
• Experience in FPu0026A with financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Power BI and financial modeling
• Familiarity with Workday Adaptive forecasting tool
• Strong communication with senior management and cross-functional teams
• Ability to build and maintain long-term operating models and scenario analyses
