We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Specialist with a passion for business development to drive the commercial growth of our digital solutions. This role is designed for a "hybrid" professional who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and commercial execution.
You will be a key player in generating opportunities, strengthening relationships with distributors, and ensuring the successful adoption of our full digital workflow (Scan, Design & Print). Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will act as a sales enabler, providing the necessary technical-commercial push to convert leads into clinical success stories.
Support strategic sales opportunities through customer meetings, clinical consultations, product demonstrations and hands-on training.
Drive clinical adoption by educating customers and demonstrating the value of digital workflows and solutions in daily clinical practice.
Develop and deliver clinical training programs for distributors, KOLs and end-users to ensure high product competence and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management and R&D; to create clinical content, educational events and training materials, while sharing market insights and customer feedback.




Act as the clinical expert for complex customer cases, ensuring high-quality technical support and long-term customer success.
Proven track record in B2B sales or business development. Experience in Dental Digital, CAD/CAM, or Medical Devices is highly valued.
While this is a sales role, a solid understanding of digital workflows, intraoral scanners, or similar 3D technologies is a significant advantage.
A "hunter" mindset for opportunities but with an ability to understand customer needs, a deep commitment to delivering quality in business relationships and market management, an inclination for teamwork and for supporting colleagues to achieve regional KPIs.
Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to negotiate, present, and train diverse audiences (from clinic and lab owners to distributor sales teams).
Fluency in Spanish and Professional English is required for international coordination.
Tools: Proficient in CRM management and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
