Percepta seeks an HR Business Partner to guide people-related strategies and organizational effectiveness across our Spain operations. You will lead complex employee relations matters, support payroll accuracy, and collaborate with labor representatives and unions within local legal frameworks. You will partner with Recruitment and compensation teams, drive engagement and leadership development programs, and analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions.
