Responsibilities
* Configure and customize ServiceNow Vulnerability Management / USEM components
* Develop technical solutions based on business and security requirements
* Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows
* Configure dashboards, reports, and automation capabilities
* Design and implement integrations with security and compliance tools
* Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and technical documentation
* Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security stakeholders
* Participate in knowledge transfer and handover activities Requirements
* Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
* Proficiency in JavaScript within ServiceNow
* Proven experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules,



Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
* Experience implementing REST and SOAP integrations
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and automation
* Experience working in Agile project environments
* Ability to independently implement developer user stories with minimal supervision
* English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher Nice to have
* Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response, or Vulnerability Management
* Familiarity with Qualys, Microsoft Azure CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management), or Cribl
* Understanding of Configuration Compliance and hardening processes
* Experience with CMDB, CI relationships, and MID Server integrations
* Understanding of ServiceNow USEM architecture
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
* ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
