In this FPu0026amp;A role, you will support the South Europe business with planning, reporting, and insights to enable informed decisions. You’ll partner with stakeholders and finance teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a fast-paced, international context. You’ll build models, dashboards, and management reports to monitor Pu0026amp;L, balance sheet, and headcount, shaping financial strategy. This role offers meaningful impact through data-driven decision making and collaboration with cross-functional teams across Europe.

• Support financial reporting, bonus tracking, and performance analysis
• Participate in Forecast, Budget, Outlook, and planning processes
• Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses
• Develop financial models and forecasting tools for decision-making
• Analyze results, identify trends, and explain variances
• Monitor KPI across Pu0026L, Balance Sheet, and headcount
• Prepare presentations for senior management
• Consolidate monthly reporting packages and ensure deadlines

Responsabilidades
• Fluent English and Spanish; Italian desirable
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience with Power Query and/or Power BI
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• 2–3 years in Financial Analysis, FPu0026A, Controlling, or similar
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with large datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate data into business insights
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-priority management
• Proactive mindset, learning agility, continuous improvement
• Experience in international or multinational environment
