Associate Product Manager Malaga (Hybrid, 2 days onsite) Permanent €45,000
- €50,000 p/a Our client are a Spanish IT consultancy with offices in Malaga and Madrid who work on a general scale. They have recently gone through a slight restructure which has seen the creation of an Internal Tools & Development team who build the apps and tools the business use every day. That team is looking for an Associate Product Manager to work alongside a team of Software Developers and DevOps Engineers and steer things You'll be the person owning the priorities for the tools the team build. On a day-to-day basis this looks like:
* Shape the product vision and roadmaps
* Turn business problems into clear features, user stories and acceptance criteria
* Work alongside the team and hold regular catch ups for planning, refinement, demos and retros
* Check ins with product sponsors,



Account Managers and Clients to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Explore where AI and automation can help the team with the tools and how they work
* Keeping an eye on priorities and what changes the roadmap when something moves The Successful Associate Product Manager will have:
* Previous experience in a similar Product role involving Software and Applications
* Strong Software understanding of how tools work, user flows, software delivery practices, etc
* Ability to translate business needs into structured product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
* Proactive approach with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Comfortable with AI tools and knowledgeable around where they can add value to the products you are working on
