What You’ll Do
• Respond to customers through phone, email and chat online.
• Resolve enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, and performance targets. What We’re Looking For
• Fluent Spanish, spoken and written.
• English B1/B2.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Basic computer and social media knowledge. Contract & Benefits
